Box 42 Esmont , VA 22937 Re: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-85-19 Tax Map 128, Parcel 94 Dear Mr. Miller: This letter is to inform you that on June 11, 1985, during the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Ap- • peals, your application for VA-85-19 was approved. This variance approval allows relief from Section 30. 5.6.2. 1 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a single-family dwelling to be located 122 feet from Route 6 (Scenic Highway) , a variance of 28 feet , and also, allows relief from Section 10.4 to allow the dwell- ing unit to be located 41 feet from the right-of-way of Route 753, a variance of 34 feet . Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the applicant , to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this section. Please see the attached bill for the amount due of $6.20. Failure to pay all applicable fees shall constitute grounds for the denial of any application.
