Dear Sir:
This letter is to inform you that on June 11, 1985, during
the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Ap-
peals, your application for VA-85-23 was approved.
This variance approval allows relief from Section 14.3 of
the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow an identification
sign to be located 12 feet off of state right-of-way, a variance
of 18 feet , and also, allows relief from Section 4.15.3.3 to
allow an identification sign to be 15 square feet, a variance of
13 square feet .
Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance, the actual costs of any notice required under the
code shall be taxed to the applicant , to the extent that the same
shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this section. Please
see the attached bill for the amount due of $8.28. Failure to pay
all applicable fees shall constitute grounds for the denial of any
application.
Also, please find a copy of a sign application which needs
to be filled out , signed by the owner of the property, and returned
to our office along with a $10.00 fee. Checks should be made pay-
able to the County of Albemarle. Also, please include a copy of
the specifications of the sign, and a location sketch showing the
distance that the sign would be from the property line.
