THE TOPOGRAPHIC ELEVATION DIFFERENCE ACROSS THE PROPERTY IS APPDX/MA TEL Y 60' OF GRADE DIFFERENTIAL. ADJACENT AREAS. THIS SITE IS BORDERED BY RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY TO THE NORTH, LICKINGHOLE CREEK TO THE SOUTH, THE PROPOSED BALLARD FIELD PROJECT TO THE EAST, AND UNDEVELOPED RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY TO THE WEST. THE UNDEVELOPED AND DEVELOPED RESIDENTIAL TRACTS TO THE NORTH AND WEST ARE UPSTREAM OF THIS PROJECT; THEREFORE, DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SITE WILL HAVE NO EFFECT ON THESE TRACTS. LAND DISTURBANCE FROM THE THIS SITE WILL BE SELF-CONTAINED AND WILL NOT HAVE ANY AFFECT ON SURROUNDING PROPERTIES. LICKINGHOLE CREEK MAY BE AFFECTED THE MOST BY THE DEVELOPMENT. EROSION CONTROL MEASURES SUCH AS SEDIMENT TRAPS, SILT FENCE WITH ROCK WIERS, AND DIVERSION DIKES SHALL BE UTILIZED TO CONTAIN THE LAND DISTURBANCE ACTIVITY AND PROTECT LICKINGHOLE CREEK.
