This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that Ednam Association,
property described as Tax Map 59D2, Parcel 06-1 (old Tax.Map 60, Parcel 28A) , zoned
PRD/R-4, has made application for VA-83-61, requesting relief from Section 30.5.7.2(b)
and Section 30.5.7.1 as follows:
The applicant requests relief from Section 30.5.7.2(b) of the Albemarle 1,
County Zoning Ordinance to allow a sign to be 23 square feet in area; a
variance of 5 feet. The applicant also requests relief from Section
30.5.7.1 to allow a sign to be located 15 feet from the right-of-way of
Rt. 250 West, a scenic highway; a variance of 35 feet. (The sign presently
exists.)
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on September 19, 1983 at
3:00 p.m. , in meeting room #7, Second Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road,
Charlottesville, Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the Albemarle County Zoning Office,
401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
