Ordinance to allow a single family dwelling to be located 64.87 feet from an
access easement; a variance of 10.13 feet.
Zoning Ordinance Requirement
Pursuant to Section 10.4, a structure shall be located a minimum of 75 feet fr
any access easement.
Staff Comments
Construction wise the house is under roof at the present time. A physical
survey plat was made on August 13, 1983, giving the exact location of the
structure. Because of the topography, a correct measurement of the setback
was hard to ,obtain. We feel that the location would not be any detriment
to any of the adjacent properties.
