Thomas Route 2, Box 35 Earlysville, VA 22936 Re: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-85-26 Tax Map 30, Parcel 17C Dear Mr. & Mrs. Thomas: This letter is to inform you that on July 9, 1985, during the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Ap- peals, your application for VA-85-26 was approved. • This variance approval allows relief from Sections 10. 4 and 4.6. 3 .2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a detached garage to be located 35 feet from a road right-of-way, a variance of 40 feet ; and to allow the same structure to be located 13 feet from a road right-of-way, a variance of 47 feet . Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the applicant , to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this section . Please see the attached bill for the amount due of $3 .62. Failure to pay all applicable fees shall constitute grounds for the denial of any application .
