The variance would allow the location of a storage shed to `wor be located three (3) feet from the property line, providing you obtain a building permit , comply with BOCA Building Code regula- tions, and comply with any utility reservations. I ask for your cooperation in meeting with the approvals. If the conditions are not adhered to, then the variance is void and no approval is given. Your immediate attention is requested concerning this situation in expectation that you should comply by no later than September 30, 1985. Also, you need to contact the Building Inspections Depart- ment to obtain the building permit . If you have any questions, please contact our office . . Harriman 1535 Minor Ridge Court Charlottesville, VA 22901 Re: Board of Zoning Appeals Variance , VA-85-31 Tax Map 61W(2) , Parcel 02-J6 Dear Mr. Harriman: The Zoning Department has received all required information and approvals necessary to issue this letter of approval . On July 9, 1985, the Board of Zoning Appeals approved a variance with the understanding that the storage shed must comply with the BOCA Building Code and with utility reservations. The County Inspections Department has approved a modification in regard to the BOCA regulations via letter from Andrew Murray of Republic Homes to Bob Vaughn dated October 15, 1985. Both Zoning & Building Inspections have been approved, and a certificate of occupancy issued. A letter from the Minor Hill Townhouse Homeowners Association was received and notified concerning the locatiop of the storage shed within the recreational easement . In summary, all necessary approvals have been obtained, a variance obtained, approved and conditions met , and finally a certificate of occupancy issued. I would like to extend my appreciation in behalf of the County for your full and utmost cooperation in the resolution of the situation. Mr. Anthony W. Harrithte.
