This variance approval allows relief from Section 15 . 3 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow an existing structure to be located 16 . 32 feet from the public right-of-way, a variance of 8 . 68 feet . Pursuant to Section 35 . 0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordi- nance , the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the applicant , to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this section .
