Dear Mr . & Mrs . Van Yahres :
This letter is to inform you that on August 13 , 1985 , during
the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals ,
your application for VA-85-33 was approved .
This variance approval allows relief from Section 15 . 3 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow an existing structure to
be located 16 . 32 feet from the public right-of-way, a variance of
8 . 68 feet .
Pursuant to Section 35 . 0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordi-
nance , the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall
be taxed to the applicant , to the extent that the same shall exceed
the applicable fee set forth in this section . Please see the attached
bill for the amount due of $3 . 38 . Failure to pay all applicable fees
shall constitute grounds for the denial of any application .

Parcels 77, 78 , with the following proffers :
