application for VA-85-38, requesting relief from Sections 10.4,
30. 5. 7.2 (e) & 30. 5. 7. 1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance,
as follows:
The applicant requests relief from Section 30. 5. 7.2 (e)
of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a
location sign to be 7. 31 square feet , a variance of
1. 31 square feet . Also, requests relief from Section
30. 5. 7.1 to allow location sign to be 1 foot from
Route 20 right-of-way (Scenic Highway) , a variance of
74 feet ; and relief from Section 10.4 to allow sign to
be 1 foot from Route 720, a variance of 74 feet .
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals
on August 13 , 1985 , at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second
Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the
Albemarle County Zoning Office, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
