has made application for VA-85-39 , requesting
relief from Section 26.10.1 of the Albemarle County
Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant requests relief from Section 26.10. 1 of
the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow Astec' s
freestanding sign to be located 30 feet from public
road right-of-way, a variance of 20 feet ; and also to
erect a second freestanding sign (Unogen) to be located
15 feet from the public road right-of-way, a variance
of 35 feet .
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals
on August 13, 1985 , at 3:00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7,
Second Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road,
Charlottesville, Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the
Albemarle County Zoning Office, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
