This letter is to inform you that during the regular meeting
of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals on April 8, 1986,
your variance application, VA-86-07, was approved with the re-
striction that there will be no separate signage legible from off
the site advertising the restaurant , bar, or meeting room facilities.
This variance approval allows relief from Section
4.12.6.6.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance
to allow a total of 172 spaces to provide parking
fox the Marriott Hotel , restaurant , and assembly
area, a variance of 1f parkin spaces from the
required 187.
