The applicant requests relief from Section 4. 12 .6 .6.2
of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a
total of 172 spaces to provide parking for the Marriott
Hotel , restaurant , and assembly area, a variance of 15
parking spaces from the required 187.
