Dear Ms. Goodwin:
This letter is to inform you that on May 13 , 1986, during
the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning
Appeals, your application for VA-86-10 was approved with the
stipulation that the carport cannot be enclosed to provide
living quarters in the future.
This variance approval allows relief from Section 14.3
of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow an attached
carport to be located 2.5 feet from the side property line , a
variance of 7. 5 feet .
