This variance approval allows relief from Section 3 .0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to increase the allowable square footage of directional sign from four (4) square feet to one hundred (100) square feet , a variance of ninety-six (96) square feet with the condition that no other signs will be lo- cated at the entrance. Hurt, Trustee 195 Riverbend Drive •' Charlottesville , VA 22901 Re: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-86-12 Tax Map 61Z, Parcel 03-1(part of ) Dear Sirs : This letter is to inform you that on June 10, 1986 , during the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Ap- peals , your application for VA-86-12 was heard . The Board ruled to deny your request for the freestanding sign at the building, grant the variance for the directional sign on the new collector road , and defer the variance for the directional sign located on Rt. 29. This variance approval allows relief from Section 3 . 0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a directional sign to be twenty-one (21) square feet, a variance of 17 square feet } which will be located on the new collector road . Anyone aggrieved by a decision made by the board can appeal the decision to the Albemarle County Circuit Court within thirty (30) days of the decision.
