The letter of revision proposes the changes as shown on the attached plan and letter dated June 13, 2019. These revisions include: 1. A smaller service drop-off building 2. Phasing the site plan 3. Revised location of curb islands 4. Revised location of landscaping 5. Removal of a light pole and revised lighting plan 6. Revised parking locations and parking count (including loading and ADA-accessible spaces) 7. Relocation of dumpster and revised screening materials There are no other changes to the approved plan proposed. This is the second (2nd) Letter of Revision for this site. The changes include a smaller service drop-off building, revised location of curb islands (resulting in changes to the location of proposed landscaping), and the relocation of the handicapped parking. The service drop-off building was previously 2,645 sf. This revision proposes a 2,432 sf building instead, which allows for the expansion of parking adjacent to the drop-off. Five additional parking spaces are now included in that area. The front parking lot has been slightly revised with landscaping islands in a different location, resulting in landscaping changes. Note that the landscaping calculations and species do not differ from the approved site plan, only planting locations have changed. The handicapped parking spaces that were located in the front have been moved to the back of the building, shown on sheet 2.
