This letter is to inform you that on August 19, 1986, during
the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Ap-
peals, your application for VA-86-18 was heard. The Board granted
you relief from Sections 4.15. 3.6 and 21.7.1 of the Albemarle County
Zoning Ordinance to increase the allowable square footage of free-
standing business sign from fifty (50) square feet to sixty (60)
square feet , a variance of ten (10) square feet ; and also to reduce
the required setback for the sign from thirty (30) feet to fifteen
(15) feet , a variance of fifteen (15) feet with a ten (10) foot
height limitation.
