Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners,
that First Premier Land Trust (Owner) property described as Tax
Map 61M, Parcel 03 , Zoned C-1 , has made application for VA-86-18 ,
requesting relief from Sections 4. 15.3.6 & 21.7.1 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant seeks relief from Sections 4.15. 3.6
and 21. 7.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance
to increase the allowable square footage of a free-
standing business sign from fifty (50) square feet
to sixty (60) square feet and to reduce the required
setback for the sign from thirty (30) feet to seven
(7) feet .
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals
on August 12 , 1986, at 3:00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, VA.
This application is made available for your review in the
Albemarle County Zoning Office, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
VA.
