relief from Sections 4.6.3.2 and 10. 4 of the Albemarle County
Zoning Ordinance to reduce the setback from an access easement
from sixty (60) feet to ten (10) feet and to reduce the lot
width from two hundred fifty (250) feet to one hundred thirty
(130) feet to allow subdivision of the property.
