Box 1465 Charlottesville, VA 22902 Re: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-86-29 Tax Map 61W, Parcel 01-A5 Dear Mr. Murray: This letter is to inform you that on August 19, 1986, during the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Ap- peals, your application for VA-86-29 was approved 1) to increase the number of freestanding business signs from two (2 ) signs to three (3) signs, 2) to reduce the required setback for free- standing business signs from thirty (30) feet to eighteen (18) feet . Also, the Board denied your request to increase the maximum allowable business wall sign square footage from one hundred (100) square feet to six hundred fifty (650) square feet. Anyone aggrieved by a decision made by the Board has thirty (30) days to appeal the decision to the Circuit Court of Albemarle County. Also, please find a copy of a sign application which needs to be filled out, signed by the owner of the property, and returned to our office along with a $10 .00 fee . Checks should be made payable to the County of Albemarle. Also, please include a copy of the specifications of the sign, and a location sketch showing the distance that the sign would be from the property line.
