Ptr . 2114 Angus Road , Suite 212 Charlottesville , VA 22901 Re : Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-86-41 Tax Map 60 , Parcels 40B1 & 40B2 Dear Sirs : This letter is to inform you that on November 11 , 1986 , during the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals , the board ruled to grant your application with the following two conditions : (1) that the applicant submit to the Zoning Admini- strator for approval a landscape plan designed so as to provide a visual buffer between Route 250 and the parking lot area , and - (2) that the variance be limited to construction of a drive-in bank as proposed by the information in the application . This variance approval allows relief from Sections 30 . 5 . 6 . 2 . 1 and 30 . 5 . 6 . 2 . 2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the setback in the SA-Highways Overlay District to allow con- struction of a new structure and parking lot . This approval allows the structure ' s setback to be reduced from 150 feet to 75 feet , and the parking lot setback to be reduced from 50 feet to 10 feet .
