THIS PROJECT DISTURBS MORE THAN ONE ACRE OF LAND AND FALLS WITHIN THE VIRGINIA STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (VSMP), GENERAL CONSTRUCTION PERMIT (GCP) PROGRAM AS ADMINISTERED BY THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF CONSERVATION AND RECREATION (DCR) UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE EPA.
