Dear Sirs :
This letter is to inform you that on January 13 , 1987 ,
during the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of
Zoning Appeals , your application for VA-86-47 was approved
for a period of one year .
This variance approval allows relief from Section 26 . 10 . 1
of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the setback
for a freestanding sign from fifty (50) feet to twenty (20)
feet .

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Cooke:
The time limit on your variance, VA-86-47, to reduce yard setbacks
from Route 606 and Quail Run Road has expired. The sign must now
be relocated to meet the correct setback or application for an
additional variance be obtained.
I also need to inform you that our records indicate there was no
sign permit obtained for the Industrial Park when the variance was
granted. This can be corrected by applying for a sign permit.
Please contact our office at your earliest convenience concerning
your decision at the Airport Warehouse Park.ZSi erely,
