from Section 21 . 7 . 1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance , as
follows :
VA-87-1 . M.A. D. Partnership (owner) , property known as Tax Map
76C , Parcel 03-A, located on the N. side of Route 601 , at its
intersection with Route 855 , zoned CO. The applicant seeks a
variance from Section 21 . 7 . 1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordi-
nance to reduce the setback for a freestanding business sign from
thirty (30) feet to one (1) foot .
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
March 10 , 1987 , at 3 : 00 p .m. , in Meeting Room #7 , Second Floor ,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road , Charlottesville ,
Virginia .
