Sutherland, We have reviewed your request for the above -noted signs and have approved the design as illustrated in the attached drawings with original drawing date of 03-20-2019. You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness. This approval is specifically conditioned on the following: 1. Execution of the design indicated on the final approved plans, attachments, materials, samples, and other submittal items presented. 2. The level of illumination produced by the LED lights shall not exceed the level of illumination produced by a single stroke of 30 milliamp neon. Please note the following: 1. Any changes in the approved design will require a new application and additional review. 2. This approval is only for Sign A2 on the rear northeast building elevation. ARB approval of signs on the Bond Street side of the building are not required due to a lack of visibility from the Route 29 Entrance Corridor. 3. This ARB approval is only one approval required prior to installing a sign. An approved sign permit is also required. Please do not proceed with the construction or installation of your sign until you have received your signed permit. If you have questions about the status of a sign permit application, please contact the permit intake staff at 296-5832. 4. Zoning, building, and other approvals may still be pending for your sign permit. This approval is only for the Architectural Review Board/Entrance Corridor.
