Dear Mr. Burgess Please let me apologize for not personally attending the February 10, 1987 public hearing in support of the above, the granting of which is extremely important to Mrs. McClanahan and myself. However, prior to our considered purchase of this property, plans and reservations had been made (and partially paid for) to be away from Charlottesville during the month of February. However, in my absence Mr. Charles 'Wildman, who is the son-in-law of the owner as well as my personal representative in this matter, is well versed with this application, and it's merits. We certainly hope and pray that the members of the Board of Zoning Appeals will see fit to grant this applications In so doing, Mrs. McClenahan and I assure you that the entire property, i. e. the house, swimming pool area, shrubbery, trees, lawn, etc., will soon be restored to a level of beauty welcomed by neighbors and other property owners of the area.
