According to my notes, the County Board of Zoning Appeals approved a variance to permit the side boundary line to run along the existing fence next to Mr. Curry's dwelling; a frontage variance of approximately 100 feet in front of the Johnson-Milton House and 178 feet in front of Mr. Curry's house; and a reduction in acreage as you have indicated. If you recall, the south side of the Curry house is located beyond the half-way point on the lot and the Johnson-Milton house water storage tank is located in the large side yard area. For these reasons and because the Johnson-Milton house is located so close to the southern boundary, the Board modified the variance request as set forth above. The final division will be, of couse, subject to your approval. Please let me know if your transcript of the meeting reflects other than what I have stated in this letter.
