We have been working closely with Mark on several matters of mutual interest involving the Sentara property and the future Wawa property, including matters involving landscaping between the two properties. As part of those discussions, we are considering allowing additional plantings on the Sentara property in the area shown on the attached exhibit, to help screen the loading area of the Wawa building from both the Sentara property and from the Route 29 Entrance Corridor. In the coming weeks we will be working with Mark, his engineers and other consultants as necessary on the details of the plantings and the precise terms of any agreements. Please accept this letter as evidence of Sentara's willingness to work with Mark and Wawa on this project.
