Dear Mr. Burgess;
I have reviewed the site plan and elevations of the proposed Fisher garage
designed and to be built by Smith & Robertson Inc.
As developer and principal in charge of Architectural Control for Solaris
subdivision, I have worked closely with Smith & Robertson on all previous
phases of the community and believe that this proposal is consistant with
the development's master plan.
The site plan submitted by Mr. Fisher offers the best location for proper
drainage and aesthetic considerations. I recommend approval of this front
setback zoning variance.
