However, I need updated drawings for the ARB file.Would you please provide me hard copies of the following sheets: Cover, Site Plan, Grading Plan, Utility Plan, Planting Plan, Landscape Notes and Details, Lighting Plan. Please be sure to include accurate revision dates on the drawings. Also, digital versions of the plans would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. It looks like the only outstanding ARB condition is the following: Identify on the site plan the color proposed for the retaining wall block. I haven't seen a revised site plan with this information. Identify on the drawings the color of the smooth face panel and provide a sample for review. 2. Identify on the plan the color proposed for the retaining wall block. 3. Revise the cornice to more appropriately reflect the proportions of the building mass. Recommendations: 1. Consider slightly darker shades for the tan wall panels. 2. Consider revising the light pole color to bronze. From your message (I haven't had a chance to compare your new drawing to those last reviewed by the ARB) it sounds like you've addressed the items in blue, and the items in green should appear on the site plan.So,it looks like only the item in red is outstanding on the architectural end. I have attached revised rendering showing 1. More pronounced cornices at the top and 2. Darker shade of color on the main body of the building. Let me know if you need anything else to process the Certificate of Appropriateness assuming you have received the items related to site and landscape plans from our civil engineers..
