Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notity you , as adjoining property owners,
that Ben Boyajian property described as Tax Map 60, Parcels 38 & 39,
Zoned HC, has made application for VA-87-27, requesting relief from
Section (s) 30. 5.6.2 .1 , 30.5.6.2 .2 , 30.5. 7.2(b), 30. 5. 7.2 (c) of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:.
The applicant seeks a variance from Sections 30.5.6.2.1, 30. 5.6. 2.2 , •
30.5. 7.2 (b) and 30. 5.7. 2 (c) of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance
to reduce the required setback in the SA-Highways Overlay District for
a new structure from One hundred fifty feet to sixty feet , for a new
off-street parking area from fifty to fifteen feet , for a new freestanding
business sign from one hundred fifty feet to one foot ,to increase the
allowable square footage for a freestanding business sign from eighteen
sq. ft . to 120 sq. ft . and to increase total wall signage from 35 sq. ft .
to 70 sq. ft . a variance of 35 sq. ft .
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
May 12, 1987, at 3:00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor, County
Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the Albemarle
County Zoning Office, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville , Virginia.
