RE. FOREST SPRINGS - LETTER OF REVISION TO SDP-1999-00054
Dear Mr. Perez:
Please allow this letter to service as an official request for a letter of revision to the
approved SDP-1999-00054 for the Forest Springs Minor Site Plan Amendment. The
proposed changes consist of relocating the (2) proposed tot lots to (1) larger tot lot area to
the west of August Lane. The combined larger tot lot shall include the required
playground equipment from each of the (2) smaller tot lot areas. In addition, the owner is
requesting a substitution of the required basketball court with a 100'x80' grass
recreational field and a dog park area. The substitution of the basketball court with these
other amenities are based on the feedback and desired amenities from the residents within
the Forest Springs development. No other changes to the approved plan are proposed at
this time.
This is the 1 sc letter of revision proposed for this site plan. We acknowledge that a total
of three (3) letters of revision are permitted for an approved site plan.
