It is the request of Sachem Associates to locate a 2' X 9' unilluminated
roof sign on the property known as Building 1, Phase II, of Sachem Village
as shown on the attached elevation.
It is my belief that this request complies with the applicable ordinance
for toof signs. If it does not, I would appreciate your indicating why it
does not and suggesting to me the appropriate basis of appeal to the Board
of Zoning Appeals.
