Grady: Pursuant to our discussion of the set back problem at Lot 65 Whipporwill Hollow. We would like to request a 19' variance from the normal 75' setback . This variance is needed for several reasons. First there was an excessive amount of fill on the property. The present location of the house was the only location that the building footprint could be placed on the site without building on this non-compacted fill. Secondly due to the fill the septic field could only be locate in one spot which further dictated placing the house in its present location.
