VA. 22901.4596 • • (804) 296-5875 MEMORANDUM TO: SP-84-15 Mr. & Mrs. Russell Shifflett FROM: Andrew Evans, Deputy Zoning Administrator DATE: May 4, 1987 RE: Status Hearing of Special Use Permit Mrs. Shifflett met at the Zoning Office with Andrew Evans and was informed of the following items to be completed and inspections required. 1) Complete construction of the porch and railings. 2) Complete electrical work . 3) Have all inspections made . 4) Complete 3/4 portion of skirting - the remaining 1/4 will be completed after the final inspections are made. Mrs. Shifflett was informed that she has until June 1 , 1987 to have the work completed and inspections done and that no extension of time can be granted.
