This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Grady and Gail E. Hubbard, property described as tax map 60C,
Parcels D-1A and D-1, zoned RA, have made application for
VA-87-84, requesting relief from Sections 4 . 6 . 3 . 2 and 10 . 4 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant seeks a variance from Sections 4 . 6 . 3 . 2 and
10. 4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to reduce
the side yard setback from sixty (60) feet to fifty (50)
feet and to reduce the minimum lot size from two (2) acres
to one and five-tenths (1. 5) acres to allow construction of
a single family dwelling.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
January 12, 1988, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7 , Second Floor,
County Office, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
