[14-302(A)4; 14-302(A)51 Indicate on the plat whether the drainage easements that are depicted are public or private easements. 2. [14-302(A)9] Provide the following note on the cover sheet of the plat: "Parcel [letter or number] and the residue of Tax Map/Parcel [numbers] each contains a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." 3. [14-302(B)1] Include the date of the last revision of the plat on all future submittals. 4. [14-302(B)5] Include on the cover sheet in the zoning note that these two parcels lie within the Airport Impact Area overlay district. Also, on the plat, show the distance from the existing dwelling on Lot 42 to the proposed new property line, so that staff may ensure that setbacks can continue to be met. 5. [14-303(A)] In the statement of consent to division, include the phrase "if any" at the end, so that it reads, "...undersigned owners, proprietors and trustees, if any."
