Subject: RE: Your recent ARB submittal
Hello Katherine,
I just completed a review of your application for completeness. While this is a very well assembled application, there are
items missing that must be provided.
Firstly, the site plan that you submitted for SRC review includes sheets that are not included in the ARB review, namely:
1. Title sheet (T1.0)
2. Existing Conditions (C-1.0)
3. Demolition Plan (C-1.1)
4. Details (C-2.0)
The ARB submission must mirror the SRC submission (except the SRC does not need the architectural elevations), and
there is information on those four sheets that are pertinent to my review. Please resubmit 2 hardcopies of a complete
site plan as soon as possible. Since the digital file you sent includes everything but these missing four sheets, please
email a digital version of only those four missing sheets in addition to 2 hardcopies of a complete site plan.
Secondly, we will need a physical sample of the CMU for review. Please submit that as soon as possible.
And lastly, color renderings/perspective sketches are on the submittal requirements list and are really expected at this
final stage of review. Please provide.
Depending on how quickly you can provide me these missing items, we will determine what ARB meeting this project is
slated for. Please let me know by when you think you could provide all of these missing elements.
Thanks,
