Attached are the recording receipts with Instrument Numbers / Deed Book and Page. The first receipt is for the Plat, the
second is for the sight easement, the third is for the supplemental declaration. I do not have ACSA's signature page to
the ACSA easement. Does anyone know if it has been signed by ACSA?

When the deeds have been recorded, could you please forward the appropriate deed book and page references for
those plats to our attention? We will need to add those to the site plan. Once we add those references, the site plans
should be complete for signatures and approvals.

Good Morning Kirk,
I just checked with the County Attorney and was told that the plat is in the County Executive's office so the deed
for the sight distance easement dedication can be signed. The County Executive has been out of the office and
will return on Tuesday, so that is when it will be signed and sent back to me. I'll contact you as soon as it is
ready for pick-up.
