(wp2t)'; Connor Childress Subject: RE: UVAF - Town Center 4 - Easement Plat review Good Evening Everyone, I apologize for the confusion I created with my email yesterday morning: Kirk had addressed all of my comments on the plat he sent on 7/18, and the County Attorney's office reviewed that same plat and the private street maintenance agreement and approved it. I sent an email to all of you on 7-20 with the County Attorney approval and confirmation that my comments had been addressed. The only outstanding comments we were waiting on were from VDOT and ACSA. Both agencies approved the plat on 8/8 and 8/15, respectively. As Kirk noted in his email, no further revisions are needed on the plat. Please have the owners sign the plat and the private street maintenance agreement/deed of easement. Once those are signed by the owners, you can drop them off to me for County signatures and approval! Again, I apologize for saying that I still had outstanding comments yesterday. Please make note that we will need to see a copy of the private street maintenance agreement with owner signatures before we approve the final plat (Comment #17). 1 sent a copy of the County Attorney's approval with the last round of comments. I sent an email to all of you on 7-20 with the County Attorney approval and confirmation that my comments had been addressed. The only outstanding comments we were waiting on were from VDOT and ACSA. Both agencies approved the plat on 8/8 and 8/15, respectively. As Kirk noted in his email, no further revisions are needed on the plat. Please have the owners sign the plat and the private street maintenance agreement/deed of easement. Once those are signed by the owners, you can drop them off to me for County signatures and approval! Again, I apologize for saying that I still had outstanding comments yesterday. All of their comments have been addressed on the plat. Attached is a copy of their email. The next step is to send me a revised copy of the plat that addresses the last few comments I had. I sent those to Kirk back on July 171". If the revisions satisfy the comments, you can submit a signature copy of the plat to me for us to sign and approve. If you send me a PDF of the revised plat via email, I can review it to make sure the comments are addressed, and then you can submit the signed hard copies. That will speed things up a bit. Some of the easements on the plat were tied to requirements for the WPO plan, and it looks like the WPO plan hasn't been approved yet because the easements have not been recorded. After we sign and approve the subdivision plat, you should take that to get recorded. The next step would be to submit the revised to WPO for Engineering to review/approve. Finally, submit the revised site plan for us to review/approve.
