The deed of vacation is still in review with the County's Attorney's office. I hope to have any comments
from them by early next week.
The LOR needs one revision, and that is to add a scale to the drawing. I emailed Scott that comment last
week but he hasn't sent me a revised copy yet. I emailed you a few moments ago with the last version
of the drawing that Scott sent over to me.

office. Bad news is that our attorney who typically reviews land use applications is out
this week. Another one of the attorneys is going to try and take a look at it as soon as
he can, but it may be a few days before I receive confirmation from their office that you
can submit copies of the plat for final county signature and approval.

the County Attorney.

Hi James,
Attached are the materials associated with this application that I spoke with you about a moment ago.
This is a Boundary Line Adjustment plat that also proposes to vacate a right-of-way/easement that has
been identified on previously recorded plats associated with these properties. There is a dirt road within
the boundaries of the right-of-way/easement. They have prepared a Deed of Vacation to go along with
the plat.
They also submitted a Deed of Correction which seems to explain that some of these previous plats
misidentified the owners rights or whatever that pertained to this road/right-of-way/easement. They
want to vacate the entire length of whatever it really is across all of the subject properties.
I only have an electronic version of the plat, but I can get the applicant to bring me a hard copy if Greg
needs it for the review.

Thanks for sending me those deeds. I have forwarded them to the County Attorney's office. Bad news
is that our attorney who typically reviews land use applications is out this week. Another one of the
attorneys is going to try and take a look at it as soon as he can, but it may be a few days before I receive
confirmation from their office that you can submit copies of the plat for final county signature and
approval.

Hi James,
Attached are the materials associated with this application that I spoke with you about a moment ago.
This is a Boundary Line Adjustment plat that also proposes to vacate a right-of-way/easement that has
been identified on previously recorded plats associated with these properties. There is a dirt road within
the boundaries of the right-of-way/easement. They have prepared a Deed of Vacation to go along with
the plat.
They also submitted a Deed of Correction which seems to explain that some of these previous plats
misidentified the owners rights or whatever that pertained to this road/right-of-way/easement. They
want to vacate the entire length of whatever it really is across all of the subject properties.
I only have an electronic version of the plat, but I can get the applicant to bring me a hard copy if Greg
needs it for the review.

for parcel 46-3 we state "and when further divided it shall not consist of more than 9.007 acres." Should
this acreage actually be the new total of 9.131 acres?

rights for parcel 46-3 we state "and when further divided it shall not consist of more than 9.007
