Map Parcel Number 76M1-00-00-01500 that was previously approved (SIP 201 -310), and the application is identified as SP201800004 Peabody School ($P 20IM4); and WHEREAS, can September 25, 2318, after a duly noticed public hearing, the Albemarle County Planning Commission reeorrmended approval of SP 2018-04 with revised conditions, and staff subsequently made: non -substantive changes to Condition #4 to clarify the condition for future interpretation; and WHEREAS, subsequent to the September 25, 2018 Planning Commission meeting, the Applicant submitted a request that the Board consider a full access entrance to the site along Southern Parkway; and WHEREAS, on November 14, 2018, the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors held a duly noticed public hearing on SP 2018-04.
