Land Use 1. Please demonstrate that the existing storm system remains adequate in the post - development condition. 2. The proposed entrance does not appear to meet the geometric standards of Appendix F. Please provide two copies of the revised plan along with a comment response letter. If further information is desired, please contact Willis C. Bedsaul at 434-422-9866. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way.
