The limits of disturbance are 0.55 acres. Water Quality: Currently there exists 0.00 acres of forest, 0.02 acres of managed turf and 0.53 acres of impervious cover within the site limits. In the proposed condition, there will be 0.00 acres of forest, 0.08 acres of managed turf and 0.47 acres of impervious cover. Per the Virginia Runoff Reduction Redevelopment Spreadsheet, the required removal is 0.03 lb/yr. This removal will be achieved with the purchase of offsite nutrient credits from a DEQ approved credit bank. Water Quantity: No new impervious surface is being added as part of this project.
