We represent Charlottesville Rio Road Apartments, LLC, which will be buying the
above referenced Land. The Title Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company,
has requested a zoning letter from your office which requires confirmation of the
following items:
1. Zone Classification covering the subject Land
2. Uses of the Land under the Classification
3. Any known violations or restrictions
4. Confirmation of continuation of food service/restaurant is a permitted use
under the current certificate of occupancy.
Please also provide a copy of the specific Ordinance which this property falls
under. Enclosed is our Application for Letter of Zoning Compliance and a Martin,
Hopkins & Lemon check in the amount of $199.00.
