This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners,
that Scottsville ShoQ'Ping Center property described as Tax
Map 130A(1), Parcel s 63 Zoned PD-SC , has made
application for VA-88-25 , requesting relief from Section (s)
4,12.6.6.2 & 4,12.5.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant seeks a variance from Section
4.12.5.1 and 4.12.6.6.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to
allow the use of parking area for the display and sale of motor
vehicles and to reduce the number of required parking spaces from
258 to 208 spaces, a variance of 50 parking spaces.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals
on May 10 1988 , at 3:00 p.m., in Meeting Room V , Second
Floor, County Ottice Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the
Albemarle County Zoning Office, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
