Re: Proposed Site Plan for Car Sales
on Scottsville Shopping Center
Dear Mr. Baker:
I have enclosed a copy of the proposed site plan drawing
with setback lines drawn in.
When we discussed the possibility of you setting this
proposal up on the Shopping Center property, you said that
the sales office and car location would meet the setbacks.
The proposed site plan does not coincide with what we dis-
cussed.
I have drawn in lines to indicate both setbacks for
vehicles and the sales office. The shaded area would be
the simplest way to extend the leased area and accommodate
the sales office location. To accomplish the foregoing,
you only need to extend one line 35 feet and the other 20
feet.
You may propose another alternative so long as you
adhere to the 150 foot setback on structures and 50 feet
parking setback as required by Sections 30.5.6.2.1 and
30.5.6.2.2 of the County Zoning Ordinance.
If you have any questions, please contact me at the
Zoning Office.
Sincerely,
A rew D. Evans
eputy Zoning Administrator
