application for VA-88-37 , requesting relief from Section (s)
10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance , as follows :
The applicant seeks .a variance from Section 10.4
of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the front yard setback
for an addition from seventy-five (75) feet to forty-four (44) feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals
on June 28, 1988 , at 3 : 00 p .m. , in Meeting Room ##7 , Second
