[General Comment] The labels for the adjacent properties are all the same, stating the same information for each different parcel. Provide the correct information for each of the adjacent properties. 2. [14-302(A)3] Provide the width of the right-of-way of Beaverdam Road. 3. [14-302(A)4; 14-302(A)51 Provide the dimensions of the access easement that serves TMP81- 18; identify the easement as public or private; and identify whether it is a private street, shared driveway, or some other type of access easement. 4. [14-302(A)10] Revise the development rights note to indicate how many development rights each parcel has available and whether any are being transferred with this boundary line adjustment. Use the following language: "Parcel [letter or number] is assigned [number] development rights and may/may not be further divided and when further divided these rights shall not comprise more than [number] acres. The residue of Tax Map/Parcel [numbers] is retaining [number] development rights and when further divided it shall not consist of more than [number] acres." 5. [14-303(E)] Identify the type of access easement for the access that serves TMP 81-18. 6. [General Comment] Identify the distance from the property line to the shed shown on TMP 81-19 to ensure that setback requirements can be met. 7. [General Comment] There appear to be additional structures, including dwelling units, and driveways on these parcels that are not depicted on the plat. 8. [General Comment] What is the item labelled "UP" in the southeastern corner of TMP 81-19? This abbreviation does not appear in the legend for the plat?
