Subject: SUB-2018-160 Caliber Collision — Easement Plat
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless
otherwise specified.]
[14-302 (A)(5) & 14-303 (L)] Public Easements; Public utility, drainage and sight
distance easements. Address the following:
d) See the attached email from John Anderson, previously sent to you, in reference to
the process for the Stormwater Management deed and maintenance process.
Ensure this process is followed and completed.
i. Please be aware that the "Agreement to Maintain Stormwater Management
Facilities and other Techniques":
a. Requires the County Executives Signature
b. Is processed and recorded by County staff
c. It is my understanding from engineering that it must be recorded prior to the
"SWM Facility Maintenance & Access Easement" deed since that deed
references the deed book and page number of the "Maintenance Agreement".
Rev. 4: Comment not fully addressed. It is my understanding that the
applicant is working with the County Attorneys office in reference to
supplying the appropriate documentation in reference to who has the right
to sign for the owners. Also, it appears that the applicant has made
revisions to the SWM Agreement that Ana Kilmer had supplied and
therefore the applicant must work with her in order to bring the document
back into alignment with County standards. Follow any directions from
Ana Kilmer, once both of those items are completed, for submitting the
signed and notarized original document to her for the County Executive's
signature.
ii. For the "SWM Facility Maintenance & Access Easement" address the following:
b. It also requires the County Executives signature. However, this document
will be recorded by the applicant with the other legal documents.
Rev. 3: Comment not fully addressed. This document must be recorded and
recordation receipt sent to the planning & engineering reviewers.
Rev. 4: Comment not fully addressed. Engineering comments are not yet
available but will be forwarded once they have been received. Follow
directions from the engineering reviewer in reference to the deed of
easement for the SWM Facility Maintenance & Access Easement for any
required edits, submission for County signatures, and recordation.

Rev. 4: Comment not fully addressed. Comments from Engineering are still
pending and will be forwarded to you when then become available.
17. [NEW COMMENT] Ensure that the most recent version of the plat is submitted with the
next submission. The plat was not provided in this round of review.
