ing relief from Section ( s) 6. 5. 01 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant seeks a variance from Section 6 . 5. 01 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the setback
for a carport (proposed woodshed) to be located 24 feet
from the front property line, a variance of 26 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals
on August 9 , 1988, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in the Meeting Room #7, Second
Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road,
Charlottesville, Virginia.
